Professional Standards

AidenGail Consulting Inc. does not directly provide client services; all client-facing work is handled solely by its subsidiaries under separate agreements. Subsidiaries are responsible for service delivery, payment collection, and contract management. All fees are due as outlined in the applicable agreements, and failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services by the servicing entity.

Payment & Billing

All payments for services are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of usage, outcomes, or early termination. Intellectual property developed by subsidiaries transfers to the client upon full payment, while AidenGail retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and processes not tied to a specific client engagement.

AidenGail Consulting Inc. does not guarantee specific business results or financial outcomes, as success depends on multiple external factors. Either party may terminate an engagement according to the governing agreement, and fees already paid remain non-refundable.

Finally, all subsidiaries and affiliated entities are required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance standards established by AidenGail Consulting Inc., ensuring consistency, accountability, and long-term operational excellence across the portfolio.
